Step 1: Consultation and site liaise
Wherever possible, our team endeavour to conduct site visits to define the scope of each project.
On-site consultations offer the opportunity for invaluable client input, and for us to collate reference data and accurate measurements through 3D scanning.
Accurate visual confirmation is a highly important first step of any project we undertake and being on site offers the benefit of being able to canvass our clients observations and input.
This is all part of our commitment to creative collaboration and our quality of service.
Having understood the scope of the project, we will provide you with a first-stage proposal outlining general costings and timeframes.

Step 2: Preliminary design
Once a project has been commissioned we process our reference information and embark on preliminary design, including sourcing the necessary items and expertise.

Step 3: Review and approval
As we come closer to finalising our design, we will work closely with your team through the design to make certain that you are satisfied with our solution.
Upon approval, we will begin work on the detailed design.

Step 4: Issue design and finalise
The final stage is to issue you with the completed detailed design.
Once engineering certification is carried out and fabrication drawings are received, we work closely with on-site engineers, procurement managers, installation engineers and other team members to ensure smooth handover and implementation of the designs.
Depending on our scope, we can deliver everything in the final design data package, ready to go into tender for fabrication, installation, commissioning and record keeping.
