Step 1: Consultation and site liaise
Wherever possible, our team endeavour to conduct site visits to aid in defining the scope of each project. On-site consultations offer the opportunity for invaluable client input, and for us to collate reviews, photos, reference data and measurements.
Accurate visual confirmation of issues and problems is a highly important first step of any project we undertake, and being on site offers the additional benefit of being able to canvass client-side operators for suggestions, observations and input. This is all part of our commitment to creative collaboration. -
Step 2: Preliminary design
Once we have enough reference information and data, we embark on preliminary design and source items and expertise as necessary. Having understood the scope of the project, we will provide you with a first-stage proposal outlining general costings, timeframes, etc. -
Step 3: Review and approval
As we come closer to finalising our design, we will work closely with your team through as many iterations of the design as it might take until they are satisfied with our solution. Upon approval, we will begin work on the detailed design. -
Step 4: Issue design and finalise
The final stage is to issue you with the completed detailed design. Once engineering certification is carried out and fabrication drawings are received, we work closely with on-site engineers, procurement managers, installation engineers and other team members to ensure smooth handover and implementation of the designs. We will deliver everything in the final design data package, ready to go into tender for fabrication, installation, commissioning and record keeping.
